The following symptoms and complaints may indicate Zollinger-Ellison syndrome:
Leading symptoms
- Recurrent ulcers of the stomach and/or small intestine (>90%)-recurrent ulcers of the stomach/small intestine in unusual locations that do not respond to standard therapy
- Diarrhea (diarrhea; 50%) – steatorrhea (fatty stools) is also possible.
