Improve prognosis by optimizing therapy for the diseases involved:
- Obesity (obesity)
- Diabetes mellitus type 2
- Arterial hypertension (high blood pressure)
- Dyslipoproteinemia (hyperlipoproteinemia / lipid metabolism disorder).

Andropause therapy – in the context of diabetes therapy in men – is an important supportive measure.Testosterone is an important modulator of insulin sensitivity: testosterone increases insulin sensitivity!
Testosterone substitution, of men with lowered serum testosterone levels and type 2 diabetes mellitus, leads to:
- Decrease in fasting insulin serum levels.
- Decrease of glucose serum level
- Decrease in HbA1c
