Long-term ECG: Evaluation
The long-term ECG is usually a harmless examination. Sometimes only the areas where the electrodes were attached redden. The long-term ECG is therefore a good method for clarifying cardiac arrhythmias of any kind (especially seizure-like ones), but also the success of a suitable therapy, unclear fainting spells or conspicuous findings in other cardiac examinations.
