- Is there a history of frequent kidney disease in your family?
Social history
Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).
- Have you been able to detect visible blood in the urine?
- Have you noticed that your body is bloated?
- Have you had to cough up blood?
- Do you have joint pain?
- Do you have muscle pain?
- Have you noticed any skin changes?
- Do you have a fever?
- Have you gained body weight unintentionally? If so, how much in what time?
Vegetative anamnesis incl. nutritional anamnesis.
- Have you noticed any changes in the urine in color, quantity, composition, etc.?
Self history including medication history.
- Pre-existing conditions (autoimmune diseases, hepatitis, infectious diseases).
