Current medical history/systemic medical history (somatic and psychological complaints).
- Where are the vesicles or blisters localized? Only in one area or distributed over the entire body?
- Since when do the vesicles or blisters exist?
- Are the skin lesions painful?
- Was there a trigger for the vesicle or blister formation that you are aware of?
- Were there any other symptoms or complaints that preceded the formation of the vesicles or blisters?
- Are there other symptoms such as fever, general feeling of illness, etc.?
