- How long does the headache last and how often does it occur during the day?
- Do the headaches become more intense with movement?
- On a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 is very mild and 10 is very severe, how severe is the pain?
- Do you have any accompanying symptoms besides the headache?
- Redness of the face
- Lacrimation
- Tension of the facial muscles
- Do visual or neurological disturbances such as paralysis or sensory disturbances occur during the headache?
- Do you feel depressed?*
