Family history
- Are there people in your family who suffer from skin lesions, wounds, and/or ulcers?
Social history
Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).
- Have you noticed any skin changes/skin defects?
- Where are these localized? Multiple areas of the body?
- How long have these skin changes existed?
- Do you have varicose veins?
- Do you have any functional limitations? Immobility?
- Do you have wetting due to urinary or fecal incontinence?
- Do you have pain at the wounds? If so, how severe are they and when do they occur?
Vegetative anamnesis incl. nutritional anamnesis.
- Are you overweight? Please tell us your body weight (in kg) and height (in cm).
- Are you underweight? Please tell us your body weight (in kg) and height (in cm).
- Do you get enough exercise every day?
- Do you smoke? If so, how many cigarettes, cigars or pipes per day?
- Do you drink alcohol more often? If yes, what drink(s) and how many glasses of it per day?
- Do you use drugs? If yes, which drugs and how often per day or per week?
