Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).
- Has your bed partner told you that you grind your teeth?
- Do you have loose teeth?
- Do you have any known sources of oral interference that have been present for some time, such as loose or crooked teeth?
- Do you have problems chewing?
- Have you suffered whiplash recently?
- Do you feel tense?
- Do you suffer from chronic pain?
- Have you noticed any changes in your hearing?
- Do you have any problems with your eyes, such as flickering or double vision?
- Do you have frequent neck, head or back pain?
- How long have these changes been present?
Vegetative anamnesis including nutritional anamnesis.
- Do you suffer from sleep disorders?
Self history incl. medication history.
