Duration of light therapy

Ideally, light therapy should be performed three times a week for about 15 minutes. Normally between 15 and 24 treatments are carried out in a row. Thus a treatment series lasts up to eight weeks.

Whether 24 treatments or less are carried out is to be determined individually by the treating doctor. After six months another treatment series can be carried out.
