- General physical examination – including blood pressure, pulse, body temperature, body weight, body height; furthermore:
- Inspection (viewing).
- Skin, mucous membranes and sclerae (white part of the eye).
- Inspection (viewing).
- Cancer prevention
- Ophthalmological examination – if eye involvement is suspected.
- ENT medical examination – if diseases of the ear, nose and throat system are suspected.
- Neurological examination – in case of suspected neurological disease.
- Dental examination – if dental disease is suspected.
