The following symptoms and complaints may indicate a hydrocele (water hernia):
Leading symptoms
- Unilateral painless bulging testicular swelling that is dependent on the location and pressures intraabdominal (in the abdomen)
The following symptoms and complaints may indicate a spermatocele:
- A spermatocele usually causes no discomfort
- If necessary, pulling pain in the testicle
- Testicular enlargement
