- What is the current health status of your family members?
Social history
- Have you been traveling recently?
Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).
- What symptoms have you noticed?
- Do you feel listless? Do you have a fever?
- Do you have a cough? If so, is this productive, that is, do you have sputum?
- Do you suffer from headache / limb pain?
- Do you have diarrhea or vomiting?
Vegetative anamnesis including nutritional anamnesis.
- Do you smoke? If yes, how many cigarettes, cigars or pipes per day?
- Do you drink alcohol? If yes, what drink(s) and how many glasses per day?
Self history incl. medication history.
- Pre-existing conditions (chronic lung disease, HIV infection).
