Therapy recommendations
- Treatment of the triggering cause (e.g., bronchial asthma; allergies).
- Small polyps: Glucocorticoid therapy (local or systemic): cortisone-containing nasal spray usually over 6 to 12 months.
- Chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRScNP; English CRSwNP) – see below sinusitis / drug therapy.
