- Is there a frequent history of cancer in your family?
Social history
Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).
- What symptoms have you noticed?
- How long have these changes existed?
- Does your child feel tired, weak?
- Is it pale?
- Is there a loss of appetite?
- Does your child suffer from abdominal pain?
- Is there shortness of breath?
- Are bowel movements regular and normal?
- Has there been a moderate fever for some time?
- Have you noticed any lymph node enlargements?
- Have you noticed any changes in the eye area (pupil constriction, drooping upper eyelid, seemingly sunken eyeball)?
Vegetative anamnesis incl. nutritional anamnesis.
- Is your child with appetite?
- Are bowel movements regular and normal?
- Is your child’s body weight increasing normally?
Self history including medication history.
