The following symptoms and complaints may indicate primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC):
Later stage
- Fever* (chills).
- Weight loss (after many years of progression).
- Icterus (jaundice), also recurrent (recurring).
- Fatigue (tiredness)
- Upper abdominal discomfort* , right-sided
- Pruritus (itching)
* typical of infectious cholangitis (bile duct inflammation).
