Social history

  • What is your profession?

Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).

  • What skin changes have you noticed?
  • Where is the change localized?
  • How long has this skin change been present?
  • Has it changed?
  • Does the skin change hurt?
  • Have you noticed any other symptoms such as fever or a general feeling of illness?

Vegetative anamnesis incl. nutritional anamnesis.

Self anamnesis incl. medication anamnesis

  • Pre-existing conditions (diabetes mellitus, immunodeficiency).
