This can be achieved by sufficient sport (2-3 times a week for about 30 minutes) and a balanced, Mediterranean diet, which should be kept low in salt. The renouncement of blood pressure-increasing stimulants such as coffee, nicotine and alcohol is just as important as the reduction of stress in everyday life.
Targeted recovery phases during the day (e.g. also through yoga, muscle relaxation according to Jakoben, etc.) and sufficient sleep can already be the first steps.
