Vitasprint B12 for Increased Performance

This active ingredient is in Vitasprint

The effect of Vitasprint B12 is based on three ingredients: DL-phosphonoserine, glutamine and vitamin B12. The dosage of these three ingredients is effectively matched to each other. Other Vitasprint ingredients include sorbitol solution, sodium methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate, D-mannitol, sodium hydroxide, and purified water.

When is Vitasprint used?

In healthy individuals, a balanced diet completely covers the need for vitamins. Vitamin B12 is contained in meat and sausages as well as in dairy products and eggs, and the body’s own stores for it are located in the liver. From there, it can be supplied in sufficient quantities for a longer period of time even if the supply from food is temporarily insufficient.

It is also used to support recovery processes. Thus, during or after a flu illness, its performance-enhancing effect can provide additional energy and drive. And it can compensate for a possible vitamin deficit.

In the case of serious vitamin B12 deficiency diseases, such as pernicious anemia or macrocytic anemia, however, Vitasprint is not a suitable drug. In such diseases, medical examination and treatment is essential.

What are the side effects of Vitasprint?

Special and frequently occurring Vitasprint side effects are not known. In rare cases, hypersensitivity reactions to individual ingredients may occur after taking Vitasprint. These may occur, for example, with sodium 4-hydroxybenzoate, even with a time delay. In case of allergic reactions, consult a doctor and stop taking Vitasprint B12 for the time being.

What you should bear in mind when taking Vitasprint

Vitasprint should not be taken during pregnancy and lactation, as no studies have yet been conducted to determine its safety. Fructose intolerance is not recommended, as the preparation contains the sugar substitutes sorbitol and mannitol, which are also intolerant. Diabetics, on the other hand, can take Vitasprint B12 in both typical dosage forms. The content of one vial of the drinking solution corresponds to approx. 0.1 BE.

The usual Vitasprint dosage is one drinking ampoule or three Vitasprint capsules daily over a period of four to six weeks. Taking on an empty stomach accelerates the absorption of the vitamin. If the recommended dose is exceeded for a short time, no overdose or poisoning symptoms are to be expected, as excess vitamin B12 is excreted in the urine.

For vegetarians or vegans, the supplement may provide an alternative source of vitamin B12, as the absence of any meat products eliminates the main source of supply. Vitasprint B12 contains no animal ingredients, and all ingredients are synthetic or produced using microorganisms. The capsules are also gelatin-free.
