External rotation Theraband” Hold the Theraband in both hands. The upper arms are fixed to the upper body and bent 90° at the elbow joint. Pull the band outwards at both ends by performing an external rotation of the shoulder.

Make 2 passes with 15 repetitions each. “Outer rotation-from the knee bend” Assume the position of a knee bend. The upper body is slightly bent forwards and the buttocks push backwards.

Your arms are spread at shoulder height with 90° at the elbow. Move your forearms backwards and upwards without the upper arms changing their position. Make 2 passes with 15 repetitions each. Continue to next exercise.
