What tests are there for movement coordination?

One test is the “stick-fixing”, a reaction test in which the test person has to grasp a falling stick with his hand. The distance covered by the falling stick until the hand is able to grip it gives an indication of how good the reaction is in this coordination test. Another test is the jumping jack.

Five puppet jumps are to be performed. The hands should clap above the head and on landing on the side of the thighs. This test examines arm-leg coordination and the ability to keep rhythm.

Throwing a ball with a full turn is a coordination test that examines the ability to orientate and differentiate. The aim is to throw a ball high and perform a body rotation during the flight phase of the ball. This exercise is repeated five times and the ball should be caught again and again.
