  • Have you noticed a change in the face (possibly by looking at older photos)?
  • Do you suffer from muscle weakness, headaches or vision problems?
  • Do you have frequent pain in the limbs?
  • Have you noticed hair loss, increased sweating?
  • Do you suffer from unpleasant body odor?
  • Do you often feel depressed out of tune? Do you feel unmotivated?
  • Do you suffer from concentration difficulties?
  • How long have these changes existed?
