Skin and subcutaneous (L00-L99).
- Actinic keratosis – cornification disorder of the skin caused by radiation – especially UV radiation (precancerous; risk factor for squamous cell carcinoma).
- Nummular eczema (synonyms: bacterial eczematoid, dermatitis nummularis, dysregulatory-microbial eczema, microbial eczema) – unclear disease resulting in eczema characterized by sharply demarcated, coin-shaped, itchy foci of disease, some of which are weeping and crusty. They occur mainly on the extensor sides of the extremities.
- Psoriasis (psoriasis)
- Seborrheic keratosis (synonyms: seborrheic wart, age wart, verruca seborrhoica) – most common benign (benign) skin tumor caused by a proliferation of the so-called keratinocytes (horn-forming cells of the skin).
- Sebaceous gland hypertrophy – enlargement of a sebaceous gland.
Neoplasms – tumor diseases (C00-D48)
- Angiokeratoma – so-called blood wart; benign skin lesions consisting of warty hyperkeratoses (excessive keratinization of the skin) combined with telangiectasias (dilatation of small, superficial skin vessels) or angiomas (blood sponges; tumor-like formation of new vessels)
- Keratoacanthoma – benign epithelial proliferation with central horny plug.
- Malignant melanoma – black skin cancer.
- Merkel cell carcinoma – caused by Merkel cell polyoma virus (MCPyV or incorrectly MCV); fast-growing, solitary, cutaneous (“belonging to the skin”) or subcutaneous (“under the skin”) tumor; clinical presentation: red to bluish-purple nodus (nodule) that is asymptomatic
- Metastases (adenocarcinoma, sweat gland carcinoma),
- Bowen’s disease – precancerous (precancerous) squamous cell carcinoma of the skin; clinical picture: single sharply demarcated but irregularly shaped, broad red-scaly skin lesions erythrosquamous or psoriasiform plaques (size varies from millimeters to decimeters); skin lesions are similar to psoriasis (psoriasis), but usually occurs only a single focus.
- Nevus bleu – blue nevus
- Squamous cell carcinoma of the skin (esp. metatypical basal cell carcinoma also has tumor components with keratotic, bowenoid, or squamous differentiation)
- Pigmented nevus (synonyms: melanocytic nevus or melanocytic nevus) – is a limited, benign (benign) malformation of the skin consisting of pigment-forming melanocytes or related cell types. It usually has a brown or brownish color
- Squamous cell carcinoma of the skin (synonyms: cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (SCC); spinalioma; spinocellular carcinoma; spiny cell carcinoma) – malignant (malignant) neoplasm of the skin.
- Senile angiofibromas (synonym: fibroma cavernosum) – age-related benign neoplasm due to vascular sprouting with portions of a fibroma (benign mesenchymal tumor formed by proliferation of fibrocytes).
- Trichoblastoma
- Trichoepithelioma (hair follicle nodule)
