Can the Lidocaine spray be bought over the counter?
Lidocaine spray is available in different solutions and different but relatively small dosages over the counter in pharmacies and online pharmacies. The different sprays also differ in their range of indications. For example, sprays are offered especially for dentistry or for sore throats. Nevertheless, an application of Lidocaine spray should always be discussed with a doctor and the application time should always be limited to the shortest possible time in order to prevent serious side effects such as poisoning or allergic reactions.
