Dihydroergotamine

Products

The marketing of medicinal products containing dihydroergotamine has been discontinued in many countries (e.g., Dihydergot tablets and nasal spray, Ergotonin, Effortil plus, Old Tonopan, and others). The approval of Dihydergot tablets was cancelled on February 1, 2014, because the benefits no longer outweighed the potential risks, according to drug regulators.
