Fat: Sweets

The fat content in sweets is somewhat problematic because it usually occurs in combination with refined white sugar. This mixture is particularly high in energy, which promotes the storage of fat in adipose tissue. Chocolate, marzipan and nougat contain particularly high amounts of sugar and fat. Although these products are not fundamentally unhealthy (they contain mainly vegetable fats), especially here you should be aware of the consequence of excessive consumption.

Ice cream often contains comparatively little fat

Ice cream, which is available in grocery stores, often contains only moderate fat because for the production usually not cream, but milk powder and similar products are used.
