The following homeopathic medicines can be used for chronic back pain:

  • Calcium fluoratum
  • Cimicifuga (bugweed)
  • Ranunculus bulbosus (buttercup)
  • Aesculus hippocastanum (horse chestnut)

Calcium fluoratum

Especially drops D12 are used

  • General weakness of the connective tissue
  • Tendency to varicose veins
  • Arthrosis
  • Bone loss and pain in the lumbar spine
  • Recurring nerve inflammations, for example of the sciatic nerve
  • One feels shattered.

Cimicifuga (bugweed)

Ranunculus bulbosus (buttercup)

  • The pain increases when inhaled and is sharp
  • Pulling in the forearm and fingers especially when writing
  • Aggravation due to changes in temperature, touch and movement, and morning and evening.

Aesculus hippocastanum (horse chestnut)
