Laser the facial hair | Remove moustache

Laser the facial hair

Another option is to treat the lady’s beard with the laser. This destroys the hair including its root, which also prevents rapid regrowth. For a satisfactory result, several sessions are always necessary, each of which costs about 50 to 80 Euros.

How long it takes for the hair to grow back varies from person to person and can vary from a few weeks to several years. The disadvantage is that this procedure is actually only suitable for women with dark hair and that the skin suffers greatly from the treatment in some cases. First of all, there may be direct damage due to the heat and then there is a risk of secondary damage, such as early skin aging, which cannot be accurately predicted at first.

Whitening of a moustache

In bleaching, the lady’s beard is not removed, but lightened. For this reason, this method is mainly suitable for women with a dark moustache. Agents for bleaching ladies’ beards contain two different agents: First, an oxidizing agent opens the pores and at the same time softens the hair.

In this way the bleaching agent can penetrate the hair and remove the dyes. As the skin on the face is very sensitive, care should be taken that the bleaching cream is suitable for facial skin. Ideally, a bleaching cream should be chosen which is adapted to the individual skin type.

Especially in case of sensitive skin it is recommended to first carry out a tolerance test for example on the wrist. A hair bleaching set usually consists of a can of bleaching powder and a bottle of bleaching cream. A plastic cup and a plastic spatula are also included.

It is important that neither cup nor spatula are made of metal, otherwise the effect of the bleaching cream is limited. Bleaching powder and bleaching cream are now mixed in a ratio of 1:1. Once a homogeneous mass has been created, it is applied with the spatula from the corner of the mouth towards the middle of the upper lip.

After about five minutes (exact instructions are on the packaging of the bleaching set) the bleaching cream is removed with the spatula. It is best to first remove a small part and check whether the hair has already been lightened. If this is not the case, wait a little longer.

Remaining residues are removed with cold water, then the skin must be completely dried. The prescribed exposure time must always be observed. If this time is exceeded, it is possible that not only the hair, but also the skin is bleached so much that it finally shows a lighter shade than the beard hair and the remaining skin on the face.

The great advantage of bleaching a woman’s beard is that it is painless. The method is inexpensive, as well as quick and easy to use. Moreover, the process does not require any medical assistance and promises a relatively long success.

As the hair is not removed, but only lightened, there is no stubble. Due to the further growth of the hair, dark hair will become visible again after about two weeks. The disadvantage of whitening a woman’s beard is that it is not removed, but only made less visible.

Due to the ingredients of the product, skin irritations and also allergic reactions can occur. For odour-sensitive women, the intensive smell of the product is another disadvantage. There is no perfect method for removing a woman’s moustache. Depending on the individual picture, the level of suffering and the patient’s ideas, the patient must choose (possibly in consultation with a doctor) the most suitable method for her.
