The following symptoms and complaints may indicate hypotension (low blood pressure):
- Dizziness
- Blackening before the eyes
- Drop in blood pressure when standing up
- Tendency to collapse
- Fatigue, exhaustion
- Headache
- Paleness
- Ringing in the ears
- Cold hands and feet
- Palpitations or stitches in the heart area
- Hyperhidrosis – increased sweating.
- Tendency to hypoglycemia – drop in blood sugar.
- Syncope (short-term unconsciousness) possible
