Magnesium Verla dosage is basically based on the degree of magnesium deficiency and the type of dosage form.

The chewable tablets are taken chewed before meals. The usual dose is one chewable tablet once to three times daily for adults and adolescents and one chewable tablet once to twice daily for children six years and older.

Magnesium Verla N concentrate contains a powder that is stirred into half a glass of water, tea or fruit juice and then drunk completely before eating. Children up to the age of four should drink one sachet once a day, children from four to twelve years should drink one sachet twice a day, and adults and children aged twelve and over usually drink one sachet of the solution one to three times a day.

Magnesium Verla plus is dissolved in water, the usual dose is one sachet daily.

If the effect of the drug is too strong or too weak, consult a doctor. In general, it is recommended to take it for four weeks. Long-term therapy over several years is also safe, provided that there are no disorders of kidney function.
