Social history
- What is your profession?
- Is there any evidence of psychosocial stress or strain due to your family situation?
Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).
- Do you suffer from abdominal pain? Loss of appetite?
- Do you feel sluggish, tired?
- Do you suffer from headaches?
- Do you sometimes feel dpressive?
Vegetative anamnesis including nutritional anamnesis.
- Do you eat a balanced diet?
- Do you drink alcohol? If so, what drink(s) and how many glasses per day?
Self history incl. medication history.
