Pain in the coccyx can occur as a result of a fall, microtrauma or even a herniated disc in the lumbar spine. Such pain is also not unusual during pregnancy. Pain in the groin can have many different causes.

Enlarged lymph nodes in the groin can certainly cause pain. Inflammation of the testicles or epididymis can also cause pain in the groin. Appendicitis can also cause pain in the groin area on the right side.

General Symptoms

In rare cases, muscular diseases such as muscular dystrophies can also lead to muscle pain. Joint pain can have many different causes. Diseases caused by wear and tear, such as arthrosis, are very painful. But rheumatoid diseases or inflammations in the joint are also painful.
