Social history
- What is your profession?
Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).
- What complaints have you noticed?
- How long have these changes existed?
- Do you have painful joints?
- Which joints are affected?
- Are the joints swollen, overheated? Are the joints restricted in movement?
- Have you noticed any symptomatology in the eyes recently? Have you noticed redness of the eye, itching or a foreign body sensation?
- Do you suffer from burning during urination? Increased urination? Pain when urinating?
