| Melissa leaves | 20.0 g |
| Cardamom fruit | 10.0 g |
| Lavender flowers | 5.0 g |

Indications for use
Menstrual cramps
Dosage
Up to a maximum of 5 times daily 1 cup between meals. Taking a few days before menstruation is recommended. Pour boiling water over 1.8 g to 3.6 g and steep for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
