- Do you suffer from pain in the area of the thyroid gland?
- Do you have a fever? If so, what is the temperature and how long has it been?
- Do you feel fatigued and sick?
- Have you noticed any flu-like symptoms?
- Did the symptomatology occur acutely?
- Have you noticed an increase in weight? Please tell us your body weight (in kg) and height (in cm).
- Has your appetite changed?
- Do you feel cold frequently?
- Do you often feel tired and unfocused?
- Have you noticed any changes in the skin? Hair loss, dry skin, etc.?
- Have you noticed water retention on the legs?
- Do you have frequent constipation?
- Do you suffer from muscle cramps?
- Do you suffer from shortness of breath?*
