- Where is the pain localized?
- Is there any discoloration of the tongue?
- When does the pain occur?
- Do you have any taste disturbances?
- Do you suffer from insensitivity?
- Do you have discomfort when speaking?
- How long have these symptoms existed?
- Do you wear dentures?
Vegetative anamnesis incl. nutritional anamnesis.
- Do you eat a balanced diet?
- Do you eat spicy foods?
- Do you smoke? If so, how many cigarettes, cigars or pipes per day?
- Do you drink alcohol? If yes, what drink(s) and how many glasses per day?
- Do you use drugs? If yes, what drugs and how often per day or per week?
