Treatment/Therapy
The treatment of a cardiac dysrhythmia is very complex, as there are many different diseases that must be taken into account. If one assumes that an organic cause has been excluded and ultimately no diagnosis exists for the existing complaints, it is very difficult to formulate a uniform therapy concept. Psychotherapeutic treatment approaches are often recommended to those affected.
Central elements are individual conflict resolution, stress reduction as well as techniques and strategies for stress reduction and stress avoidance. Back pain and tension can of course be relieved by back-friendly exercise and sports. The cause, however, is usually a psychological conflict that must be addressed in order to improve the symptoms. Here too, there is no uniform therapy, as the causes can be very different for different people.
Duration
The duration of a heart stumble due to back pain varies greatly. Unfortunately the data situation is not good, so that no objective statements can be made. However, experience shows that most of the people affected are people who have been suffering from their complaints for a long time.
Thus, the complaints are often present for months or even years. Typically, these are patients who have already visited many different doctors and have no correct diagnosis for their complaints. The frustration about this is often great, which only leads to a further fixation on the connection between the heart stumble and the back problem. This conviction often leads to the fact that the symptoms are very long and difficult to treat.
