When can I start doing sports again?
This question is primarily dependent on the causes of the calf pain. If they are caused by a cold, it is no problem to do sports again after the end of the cold. However, if the reason for the calf pain is, for example, a rupture of the Achilles tendon, a good two months of relief should be planned before the next sporting activity. All in all, it is a question that must be considered individually for each patient in order to avoid an unnecessarily long, but also too short, break from sport.
