- Have you ever injured yourself on possibly infected material?
Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).
- Have you noticed symptoms such as fatigue or general feeling of illness?
- Do you feel diminished ability to perform?
- Do you suffer from diarrhea?
- Have you noticed a skin rash?
- Have you noticed any unusual skin changes?
- Do you have a fever? If so, for how long and how high is the fever?
- Have you noticed any lymph node enlargement?
- Do you have joint pain, headache, muscle pain?
- Do you suffer from nausea?
- When and in what order did the symptoms occur?
Vegetative anamnesis including nutritional anamnesis.
- Do you have unwanted weight loss? Please tell us your body weight (in kg) and height (in cm).
- Do you have frequently changing sex partners?
- Do you have unprotected sexual intercourse?
- Are you homosexual or bisexual?
- Does your partner suffer from HIV infection or other infections such as hepatitis (liver inflammation)?
- Has your appetite changed?
- Have you lost body weight unintentionally?
- Do you use drugs? If yes, what drugs and how often per day or per week?
- Do you use common needles and your injecting equipment?
