- Do you suffer from persistent or increasing pain in the skeletal system for which there is no identifiable cause?
- Do you have joint pain?
- Do you suffer from pain on movement?
- Have you noticed any swelling or deformity in the joints and/or bones* ?
- Is your mobility limited?
- Have you noticed any poor posture per se?
- Do you limp when you walk?
- How long have you had these complaints? Do they occur continuously or only in phases, for example during movements?
- How is your physical resilience to be classified?
- Have you noticed any other symptoms?

- Previous diseases (diseases of the musculoskeletal system, tumor diseases).
