- Are there any hereditary diseases in your family?
Social history
- What is your profession?
- Are you exposed to harmful working substances in your profession?
Current medical history/systemic medical history (somatic and psychological complaints).
- What symptoms have you noticed?
- What are the manifestations of color vision deficiency?
- Did the disturbance occur suddenly?
- How long has the color vision disturbance been present?

- Pre-existing conditions (eye diseases, neurological diseases).
