- Is there a frequent history of eye disease in your family?

Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).
- Do you find it difficult to see objects in focus that are close by, that you can see well in the distance?
- How long has this symptom been present? Did it come on suddenly?
- Has the symptomatology intensified?
- Does it affect both eyes?
- Do you have pain in the eye? Headache?
- Do your eyes tire quickly?
- Do their eyes burn frequently?
- Do you suffer from inflammation of the conjunctiva?
- Have you noticed an inward squint?
- Do you already wear glasses or contact lenses?
