Fenticonazole is no longer on the market in many countries (Mycodermil Crème, Gyno-Mycodermil, Crème).

Structure and properties

Fenticonazole (C₂₄H₂₀Cl₂N₂OS, M_r = 455.4 g/mol) is present in drugs as fenticonazole nitrate, a white crystalline powder that is practically insoluble in water. It is a racemate.

Effects

Indications

Fungal infections, vaginal fungus.
