Tips for healthy aging
To age healthily, keep the following tips in mind:
- As the saying goes. Movement is half the life. And indeed, if you make sure that you move at least half an hour a day so that you sweat, the bone and muscle mass of your body will not be degraded so much and your muscle strength will be maintained – besides you train your organ of balance.
- Eat a lot of vegetable food with plenty of fiber – so you help your intestines to digest, the residence time of the food in the intestine decreases and diverticula arise less often.
- Be sure to use oils with a high content of unsaturated fatty acids – so you protect your vessels and help your brain on the jump.
- Consume plenty of fluids every day – so you support your kidneys and skin aging starts later.
