Many people, especially women suffer from stretch marks. These stripes are caused by tears in the connective tissue of the dermis, which can arise from various causes. At first, these tears appear as blue-reddish stripes on the skin, but over time they fade and are then only visible as light scars.
What are the home remedies for stretch marks?
Homeopathic injections are injected into the affected areas during mesotherapy. Stretch marks can be treated by ingestion or by applying cream with vitamin A preparations. Furthermore, it is possible to reduce or flatten particularly large or bulging scars through various surgical procedures. For this purpose, treatments such as cryotherapy (therapeutic use of cold, as in icing warts) or treatment with various laser systems are available, such as laser and microdermabrasion. Here, the top layer of skin is removed, then laser applications are placed on the affected areas, reducing fat cells and stimulating the formation of new collagen and elastin in the affected areas. Another way to treat stretch marks is through a microdermabrasion cream. This cream also acts like an exfoliant, removing the upper layers of the skin with pure corundum (the second hardest substance after diamonds) and stimulating blood circulation, which can result in firmer and more beautiful skin. Another treatment that is popular with alternative practitioners is mesotherapy. It originated from influences of acupuncture, neural therapy and reflexology treatments. Mesotherapy involves injections into the affected area of the body using very thin needles, usually of a homeopathic nature, although the exact mixture varies from practitioner to practitioner. However, there are also known cases where the stretch marks were not caused by tears in the tissue at all, but the patient had an infection under the skin. However, only a doctor can determine whether the stripes are caused by infection. However, this factor is probably the exception rather than the rule.
Quick home remedies
The important thing when treating stretch marks is to treat them quickly. Strips that are still in the early stages, i.e. have a reddish-blue color and have only recently appeared, can still be treated very well so that they disappear to the extent that they can no longer be seen. For this purpose, oiling with certain products that are supposed to help against stretch marks, as well as applying moisturizing creams or lotions to the affected areas of the skin are particularly suitable. The fastest way to treat stretch marks is prevention. Most of the time, unfortunately, you don’t know where the next stretch marks will appear, as they can suddenly appear for reasons such as growth or certain therapies, but stretch marks in particular (stretch marks that usually appear on the abdomen, legs and breasts during pregnancy) can usually be successfully prevented before they appear, through regular creaming or oiling of the mentioned skin areas.
Alternative remedies
And pregnant women in particular do not want to put unnecessary strain on their bodies, which is why only alternative cures are an option for them to prevent and treat stretch marks. But these are unfortunately thin on the ground, a real “alternative cure” against stretch marks or stretch marks is not known or is always refuted. However, you can follow some tips that prevent stretch marks from the inside. First of all, of course, this includes a healthy diet, because this will not cause the body to gain excessive fat, which will not unnecessarily increase or aggravate the stretch marks. In addition, for the prevention and also for the treatment of stretch marks, you should drink a lot. The normal fluid requirement of a person is between 1.5 l and 2 l a day. In order to prevent stretch marks, you should drink at least this amount of liquid per day, and if possible more, because this moistens the skin from the inside and makes it look firmer, which reduces the appearance of stretch marks. By the way, the same applies to the treatment of cellulite. If you want to treat stretch marks even further, it is best to use homeopathic creams and oils, as well as vitamin E, which is also contained in certain oils.
