- Where exactly is the pain localized?
- Have you noticed any fluid discharge from the nipple?
Vegetative anamnesis including nutritional anamnesis.
- When was your last menstrual period (period)?
- Is your menstrual period regular?
Self history including medication history.
- Previous diseases (breast diseases; hormonal diseases).
