Orthomol Immune
Orthomol Immun is a dietary supplement designed to support the immune system and is also used to treat nutritional immune deficiencies. You can buy it without a prescription in a pharmacy. It contains numerous micronutrients such as vitamins A, D, E, K, C, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, B12, trace elements such as iron, zinc and copper and secondary plant substances such as lutein.
All these substances are involved in biochemical processes in the body and serve the normal functioning of the immune system, as well as cell division and development. One serving of Orthomol Immun consists of 2 tablets and a small drinking bottle containing 20 ml. These should be taken preferably once a day after or during a meal to prevent burping.Orthomol immun does not replace drug therapy, but should only be used as a supplement. In some pre-existing conditions, e.g. if too much iron is stored in the body, a doctor should be consulted before taking the drug to prevent possible complications. In addition, pregnant women should consult a doctor before taking this medicine, as too much vitamin A can damage the child.
Orthomol Vital
Orthomol Vital is a dietary supplement available without a prescription. Like Orthomol Immun, it contains numerous vitamins such as vitamins A, D, E, K, C, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9 and B12. However, the composition of the trace elements is somewhat different.
It also contains iron, zinc and copper, but additionally magnesium and calcium. Furthermore, important fatty acids, such as omega-3 fatty acids, are also included. Orthomol Vital thus supplies micronutrients that play an important role in metabolism and in the function of the nervous system.
The recommended daily dose is one sachet, which should be taken with water during or after a meal. Again, food supplements are not a substitute for a healthy, balanced diet or drug therapy. A doctor should be consulted if unexpected symptoms occur. Again, pregnant women should be careful, because too high a dose of vitamin A can cause damage to the child.
