Sleep through jet lag

Sleep disorders can also be caused by jet lag after a long-haul flight. The body’s own rhythm, the “inner clock”, is thereby disturbed and sleep disturbances can occur. Frequently, those affected also wake up at night because they are hungry or have to go to the toilet. Nevertheless, it is important to follow the time of day in the destination country so that the body can get used to it within a few days.
