Prognosis

Here, several parallel treatments, consisting of irradiation, lotion and tablet treatment must be combined. Besides the disturbing and itching effects of psoriasis, the psychological components should not be underestimated. Thus, severely affected patients often suffer from permanent anxiety and stress situations, often do not dare to go out in public, which can lead to social problems. In severe cases, accompanying psychotherapy can also be very helpful.
