Prophylaxis
There is a vaccination against measles, rubella and chickenpox as a prophylaxis. Also against the hand foot mouth disease there could soon be a vaccine as a prophylaxis. However, all other diseases that lead to itchy skin and red spots cannot be prevented. In this case, it is especially important to pay attention to a balanced diet and to avoid stress.
