Medical history (history of illness) represents an important component in the diagnosis of radiation sickness.

Social history

  • What is your occupation?
  • Are you exposed to radiation/radioactive substances in your profession?

Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).

  • Have you noticed any symptoms such as nausea/vomiting or diarrhea?
  • Do you have a loss of appetite?
  • Have you noticed symptoms such as increased bleeding or frequent infections?
  • Do you feel tired and unable to perform?
  • How long have these symptoms existed?
  • What other complaints do you have?
  • Can you recall a trigger for the symptoms?

Vegetative history including nutritional history.

  • Please tell us your body weight (in kg) and height (in cm).
